The HIMS (He Is My Savior) are an acapella quartet based in Alamo, TN. They began singing as a quintet in September of 1999. After Dell Carothers left the group to move out of state in 2001, the remaining members (Brad Laman, Bobby Rawson, Brooks Rawson, Steve Kail) chose to leave the group as a quartet. Three of the original HIMS remain with the group today: Brad Laman, Bobby Rawson and Brooks Rawson. Todd Sanderson, from Holly Springs, MS, has been with the group since September 2006. Due to Bobby and Todd also serving as pulpit ministers for their congregations, The HIMS prefer singing on Friday and Saturday Nights.
