Ray Bennett is undeniably one of the most recognizable lead singers in the Hampton Roads area. Since 1980, he has been at the forefront of Gospel music since first singing in choir at school. Southern Gospel music has always been Ray’s first love, and fans have responded to his music in many different ways. Ray and his wife Lorrie live in Suffolk, Va. and have 3 children Colby, Josh & Ashlynn. Ray was one of the founding members of 3 For Him Trio, New Journey Trio, and also sang with The Master’s Hand Quartet for several years before God calling him out into his solo ministry. Ray has taken his God-given abilities to take the message of Jesus Christ to everyone that he can. The mission of Ray’s Ministries is to lift up Jesus Christ through his music, see souls come to know the Lord as Savior and be an encouragement to Believers across the nation and abroad. He believes in helping others grow in their walk with the Lord by forming exhorting relationships with his fans and investing in them at concerts. Everything is done for the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ. Ray is passionate about his calling and is unashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
