About Me I am the current pastor of the non-denominational Church of Jesus Christ of Barrow County. My father Frank Allen started the church in the 1950s and we have been in our current location at 1438 Hardigree Road in Winder since 1982. I became Pastor when my father passed away in 1983. I have been serving God for over 40 years and ministering His Word for over 30. I can truthfully say, He has never let me down. He is my all in all. Besides being a full time Pastor I was employed at Dairy Pak for 35 years. I retired from my job in June of 2005 to devote more time to my real work as a Pastor and sharing my gift of song with my community. I love God`s presence in my life and I feel the joy of the Lord when I sing praises to Him. Besides singing weekly at our Church I`ve enjoyed sharing my music in nursing homes, restaurants, Gospel Barns, other Churches, and any place God leads me. I`ve also been fortunate enough to have my songs played on local radio stations.
