Common Bond Quartet

When you first hear Common Bond Quartet, you’ll find it difficult to believe that they’ve only been together for a few years. You might call them “Up and Coming,” except for the fact that they’ve all been singing for almost all of their lives—just not with each other! It wasn’t until early in 2009 that the four men met to-gether to discuss blending their voices in song. However, shortly after meeting, they each received the conviction and assurance that God had, for many years, been preparing each of them to the ministry to which He was now calling them. After much prayer and through some unusual events which could only have been attributed to God’s hand at work, the men came to know that the Lord had brought them together to sing, minister to others and ultimately bring glory to Him through their partnership.
The men of Common Bond Quartet recognize that it was God’s hand that brought them together. HE is the reason that they sing! Each holds a conviction that serving God through music is the call that He has placed on their lives. CBQ seeks to give back to Him as they sing about His love and grace—and they believe that four part harmony is a powerful way to communicate their praise and testimony of God’s love! God has opened some wonderful opportunities for CBQ, and it is their passion to tell of God’s saving grace and love through not only the songs that they sing, but through their lives every day.
